Smart Home Residential Technician (advanced)
Work with Project Manager in the completion of installation and service calls. Responsible for the timely completion of assigned daily procedures and customer jobs. Tech is also responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance. Applicants must have 3+ years of expereince.
Job Requirements to be measured within 90 days of hire:
- New Construction/Retrofit: Pre-Wire & Installation: Low Voltage Cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/RG6/RG59/16- 2 Speaker/Camera Wire/Automation Wire (Residential/Commercial)
- Termination of Cat5/Cat6/RG6 Structured Wiring
- Surveillance/CCTV: Wiring/Setup/Operation
- Home Theater/Surround Sound: Install/Setup from Basic to Dedicated Room
- Install/Setup Whole House A/V Distribution (Matrix systems)
- Mount & Hang TV's: All Styles Wall Brackets
- Front Projection Systems: Install/Setup Projector/Screen/Speakers/Control
- Working Knowledge of A/V Components: Receivers/Gaming/Media Players(Apple TV, Roku, etc)
Extra Skills Desired:
- Control4 Programming
- Working knowledge of Surveillance systems, smart home systems, setup customer care etc
- Must be able to work as part of a team, but with minimal guidance.
- Working Knowledge of Control4 Automation Systems: Install/Setup
